As one of the first material testing laboratories in Saxony imq-Ingenieurbetrieb was accredited by the German Accreditation Council and has been SCC certified since 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Today imq imq-Ingenieurbetrieb holds the acknowledgement of competence according to DIN EN ISO\/IEC 17025 for the performance of non-destructive material and components testing, mechanical-technological and metallographic testing as well as chemical analyses and structural replica.<\/p>\n<p>Imq successfully develops new testing methods and devices, is successful in the field of particle analysis and \u2013 thanks to its in-house LASER system and scanning electron microscope with EDX \u2013 has the technical resources to perform various kinds of examinations.<\/p>\n<p>The consulting department is enhanced by our welding engineer who is qualified in brazing and soldering as well as in special welding processes and who advises on transposing standards.
