Annual conference of DGZFP (german society of non destructive testing)

At this year’s annual conference imq contributed a poster focusing on “Innovate Methods for Multivariate Evaluation of Eddy Current Testing Signals” which generated a great deal of positive response.
The poster describes possibilities for multivariate evaluation of testing data, which may as well originate from methods of different physical working principles. Thus, imq together with the IWU (Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology) in Chemnitz pursuits the approach that in many cases only the combination of various testing methods will lead to success. The key to it is the collaborative evaluation of data sets.
